We continue to delight our customers through exceptional hospitality and service by providing a clean environment with a happy and relaxed atmosphere.

The future of the restaurant industry in Japan is becoming increasingly uncertain. The reasons behind this include the diversification of consumer tastes and eating habits; ever-changing social conditions such as the aging of our society, with its low birthrate and pension problems; the steep rise in crude oil prices; and consumer price increases.
Under these circumstances, here at the Tsubohachi group we are continuing to pursue “our commitment to delivering the most delightful eating-out experience to our customers by providing safe and high-quality food.” With this idea in mind, we develop carefully considered menus that offer great value, balance, and variation to suit our customers’ needs and tastes.
We also continue to improve our corporate value. For example, we have established a restaurant operation system aimed at achieving higher levels of QSCA (quality, service, cleanliness, and atmosphere); updated the restaurant interiors to keep up with the latest trends for utmost comfort; implemented our own health and safety management system; and ensured that our practices are compliant with social responsibilities.
The Tsubohachi group focuses on company growth and actively promotes business development. To achieve long-term success, we drive new development with overseas operations in mind and continue to propose and establish a new business style that meets anticipated consumer needs and trends.
